Ford offers a complimentary Peace of Mind Inspection after 2 months or 2,000 km (whichever comes first), from the date of delivery, Ford also considers the customer's greatest convenience by offering a choice to customers to use Pick Up and Drop Off (PUD) or Onsite Mobile Service (MSV) for Peace of Mind General Inspection without any charge.
Peace of Mind General Inspection
- Check vehicle conditions according to the standard of 6 main functions
- Provide customer consultation after initial use.
- Emphasize the various functions of the vehicle, including activating the Ford pass system.
- Check the Ford computer system to ensure there are no outstanding Field Service Actions (FSA) required on the vehicle.

- 1-time Free labor coupon for Peace of Mind Inspection expires 4 months or 4,000 km (whichever comes first) after delivery.
- Customer may opt to use Pick Up and Drop Off (PUD) or Onsite Mobile Service (MSV) for Peace of Mind General Inspection servicing and can book the services through FordPass application or contact the dealer convenient to you.
- Free service applies to area within a radius of 20 kilometers. In addition, you can contact the dealer convenient to you for more information.

- The remaining engine Oil life is displayed on the Cluster and in the FordPass application.
- When the Engine Oil life remaining is at 5%, it is necessary to change the oil within 2 weeks or 800 kms.
- Taking the car to change the oil according to the Oil life conditions shall maintain the standard vehicle warranty for a period of 5 years or 150,000 kilometers, whichever comes first and also allow the car to last longer. This helps in reducing risk of having incidents caused by the engine.
